
Have you checked your blood pressure lately? What about the gym…ran by one lately? And that means, “in” the gym, not just passing by it. If not, stop asking everyone to pass you the salt and run you pass the drive-thru. It appears we’re not getting healthier as a nation, we’re on the slippery slope to decline when it comes to salt intake. A report has been compiled to warn us who has been shaking just a little too much of the white stuff on our meals. Don’t cry when you find your restaurant has made this infamous list though. Just run to the grocery store (yes, those things still exist) and get Mrs. Dash to hook you up from now on. If you dare, here’s the list.

Everyone knows that a mother’s love has no limits. In the case of Detroit’s Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his mother Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick, she’s willing to put it all on the line. Apparently, that gamble isn’t working against her as Michigan prepares for election day Tuesday. The polls show that she is still in the lead in the race to be re-elected to the U.S. Congress. The Congressional Black Caucus leader is fighting off her two opponents in a three-way congressional showdown. It appears that one of the opponents wants to prove that Rep. Kilpatrick doesn’t have time for the U.S. Congress and all of her son’s legal woes too. Read the full story here.

It’s unbelievable that some foreigners can come to America and commit heinous crimes then want to flee and/or be given a slap on the wrist. Is it because they are not from America that they actually believe that crime pays? Do we send that message to people around the world?
A group of boys gang rape two young girls on their way home from school, then viciously beat them to death. Now, after all are placed in jail with either death sentences or life terms, they want to call a foul. Hey! You didn’t read us our rights! Hey! You gave us the seat with the busted seatbelts…”Give us free!” Texas says hell to the naw! Their asses will fry! Bush even tried to step in to get the cases of 50 foreigners reviewed and Texas is holding strong on their decision to extinguish the lives of the convicted felons. The word came down from the Supreme Court and until they change their minds, lethal injections all around. Read the full story here.
