Finally someone has made it easier for those who are in the process of “movin’ on up!”  The people at hotpads.com have come up with an interactive “heat map” that helps consumers answer the questions, “Should I buy or rent?  Where should I buy or rent?”  The color-coded map gives a ratio of homeowners as well as renters in each area, so that the potential buyer or renter can make the best educated decision on location.  The map also allows you to view your new “space” from a street level and get photos of the actual dwelling that is for rent or sale.  The site is so much fun makes you want to look for something even if you’re not in the  market.  Check it out!
