The fashion world, hell, the world, is all abuzz about Vogue’s all-black issue of the magazine. For the first time the world gets a peak at what the civil rights movement meant by “Black Is Beautiful.” The glowing beauties that are featured in the magazine have no peers. The entire world gets to see Vogue showcase the other side of modeling elite. The modeling world has long ignored the missing black phenoms that could be gracing the runways. Instead, the runways run at half-level because they refuse to address the shortage of diversity on its runways.
